Collection for House of Hope
Dr Seuss Books Collection
We are collecting new or very gently used Dr. Seuss books for Oakland Beach Pre-School.
We are joining forces with other GFWC clubs throughout the country to donate books to the thousands of children who are less fortunate. Encourage children to read by donating to this cause in honor of the book legend Dr. Seuss.
Collection for Old Sneakers
Nike Re-use a Shoe Program
Old athletic shoes, collected through Nike's Reuse-A-Shoe program, are sliced into three parts and then ground into rubber bits, foam or a fluffy fiber. Nike sells them to buyers who use them to line running tracks, playgrounds, gym and weight room floors and carpet underlay.
They accept any brand of athletic shoes, but they're unable to recycle sandals, dress shoes, boots, or shoes with metal (like cleats or spikes).
We are collecting NEW
all sizes - girl or boy
Project Undercover provides diapers, socks, underwear and baby wipes to serve the approximately 20,000 Rhode Island children under age 7 living in poverty. We partner with over two-dozen partner agencies throughout the state to distribute these items directly into their communities.

We have teamed up with "31 Bags" as our current fundraiser. They are an organization that not only has beautiful products that are so functional and useful in everyday life, but they are a supporter of women around the world, which made them the perfect choice for us.
Please help us by looking through the catalog and purchasing something that will help make your life easier. GFWC Warwick Women's club will receive 25% profit from everything you buy. Each item will be shipped directly to your home. Thank you in advance for your support.
Veterans Honor Flight
GFWC RI as a whole helped The Fire Chiefs of RI Honor Flight program to fund the first ever ALL female veterans Honor Flight on April 6, 2019. We had fundraisers to be able to honor these courageous female veterans with the Honor Flight. Veterans were transported to Washington, D.C. to visit and reflect at their memorials.
Please check out the video--it is very moving and we are proud to have been a part of it as well as to continue to help support MORE honor flights!
